First install Hoembrew, a package manager for macOS.
/usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
With this package manager installed, further software installation is pretty easy. For Neofetch just use:
brew install neofetch
